COMPLAINTS/APPEALS
Customers/NGOs/stakeholders can make complaints/appeals with respect to
the activities of JCI CDM center.
When a complaint/appeal is made, it is handled by "Procedures for
Handling Complaints, Appeals and Disputes" of JCI CDM Center.
Appellant is requested to submit a complaint/appeal document which shall
contain the date of the appeal, the name of the CDM/JI project, the nature
of the appeal, the name of the appellant making the appeal, with the signature
of a representative of the appellant.
The form of complaint/appeal document is provided by JCI CDM Center.
