Consulting Services

JCI offers consulting services on various industrial and socio-economic infrastructural projects as well as environmental conservation projects on a request-basis and/or contract-basis throughout the developing and transition stage countries in the world. Regarding the request-basis projects from governmental and public organizations in developing countries, JCI will formulate relevant studies on grant basis.

JCI will analyze development plans, analyze and make projection of supply and demand of products, availability studies on raw materials, natural resources, water for various use, electric power, labor supply, the situations of related industries, physical distribution facilities and other relevant project component. Following the studies, JCI will select the most suitable products mix, production scale, plant sites, process configuration, estimate required fund and cash flow projection. It will also study financial, economic and social viability and feasibility as well as prepare recommendation for the project implementation.
